Momentum

Ive slumped and its been bad. The last time I was relevant with doing these blog posts and the podcast was freshman year of college and I am currently a senior. I regret not doing these posts. I wish I could go back in time but that just can’t happen. Have you ever been in a slump so bad that it lasted multiple years and you dug yourself in a grave both mentally and physically and just have no idea how to get out? Thats where I am in life right now. I have no idea what Im doing, there is no certainty, there is no progress in any aspect of life especially in health, wealth, and even happiness. You know what I say to that? Pathetic

Actually I say Good…?

I say good, I believe in myself and I know my situation sucks but I think scratch that, I KNOW I can get out of it. Momentum is a two way street. It can drag you down if you have bad momentum and Ive had bad momentum for the past 2 years and I have decided to change that and gain positive momentum. No more bad health habits, no more laziness and wasting time, just action and constant action. When you are slumped you keep dragging yourself down even more, the best way to get rid of a bad mental state and a looser life is to always stay in positive motion. I will do that from now on. This is not a post Im going to advertise but if you stumble upon to this leave it a like and if your going through something similar, get your ass up and do something, it can be anything like cleaning your living space but you got to just do and not dread.For me I had to write this post to get my momentum train started, no grammar check no spell check so please excuse my horrible writing. Other than that, Good Luck and believe in yourself because I do!
