They way you feel really impacts everything. If you feel like shit, your probably not going to get much done. Earlier today I was just in a completely piss mood and got absolutely nothing done. I ate Oreos and milk, not that there’s anything wrong with Oreos and milk, but that’s not hustle food, that’s Tom and Jerry food. Afterwards, for some reason I was just annoyed, I spent time at the UPS store and that experience didn’t go so well and I had to stand in a very long line at Bank of America and I just wasn’t having it today. When I finally came back home and tried to “hustle” and get some content out and do some research and work, I just got nothing done. I kept getting distracted and the more time that passed without me doing what I set out to do, I just kept getting more pissed and it was just a cycle of being an angry looser up till this point where I currently am locked inside my closet where I promised myself I wont get out until I finish this article.

You’re going to have these bad days and your going to be super unproductive unless you do something about it. I’m still not happy but I’m forcing myself to take action, maybe this article comes out shit and doesn’t provide you with much value but it is what it is. You have to respect the effort and the initiative instead of being a piss baby and not getting anything done.

I’m a strong believer that we all know the answers to our biggest questions deep down inside. My biggest question is how do I avoid bad days and bad moods and my own answer from deep down is “you just avoid it”. We all control our thoughts, you choose if you want bad thoughts in your head or if you want good ones. Today unfortunately I chose to have bad thoughts, now I’m stuck in my closet trying to knock out a article and fight myself afterwards if I should post because I feel like it may not be my best content. If your reading this I posted because the inner hustler reminded me of the previous article “observation 15” where the main message was to release what you got. Main point, if your having a bad day just know that its 100% on you and you can change your thoughts no matter how bad it is. I hope its not too bad, I hope you have good thoughts because without genuinely feeling good inside, you wont get the best work out.
